We understand this concern, as many other cleaning companies have begun subcontracting their clients out to 1099 independent contractors to save on costs of insurance and taxes. We will only use our own screened and professionally trained employees to perform any of the services booked with our company. This is our guarantee and our promise to you.

Little Saints Cleaning Service specializes in providing the best products available for the cleaning of your home and furniture, as well as eco-friendly cleaning solutions. We use products made by Weiman, Guardsmen, Zep, Odoban, and Simply Green for the cleaning of each home, if you have a preferred product that we don’t carry then we will happily use anything you provide during the cleaning.

How often will my home need to be cleaned?

Accepted Answer

We currently offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleaning rotations. You can choose the frequency that fits your own personal needs, home environment, and budget.

Do you have to come to my home for an estimate or do can I get one over the phone?

Accepted Answer

We can provide free estimates by phone, or if you fill out our quote request form located on our website, we can also email you a detailed quote. You call us at 352-606-2067 or fill out our quote request form by clicking the button below.

Can you clean my home in Pasco even though your office is in Spring Hill?

Accepted Answer

We do currently offer cleaning services outside of the Spring Hill area including parts of Hudson, Port Richey, and New Port Richey. You can check out service areas on our About Us page or call us at 352-606-2067 to confirm service for your area.

I have pets and am worried about their safety during the cleaning. Can your employees ensure this?

We love your pets! Our team does need to be able to perform their tasks safely and efficiently when your pets are home. We make sure to add all relevant information regarding client preferences regarding conduct with their pets and how we should interact with them.

Accepted Answer

Yes, our company is covered by a general liability insurance policy and surety bond to protect you and your property during our cleanings, all our employees' covered by worker's comp insurance. All insurance information is available at the bottom of our home page as well.

Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning, all we ask is to have a method to gain access to your home in the event you are not there by using a door code, key box, or by providing us with a key. Also, if you would rather be home during the cleaning we always enjoy seeing our clients in person!

What is your policy on rescheduling or cancelling my cleaning appointment if I am sick or something suddenly comes up?

Accepted Answer

We do require at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation of a cleaning to avoid charges. Sometimes we do make exceptions to emergencies or sudden illnesses on case-by-case basis. If you do reschedule your cleaning for the same week as your original cleaning, we will not charge a fee.

Is there anything I must do to prepare my home for a cleaning service?

We always tell our clients not to clean their house before our team arrives, but there are a few steps you can take to get the most out of the service. We suggest removing any excessive clutter in the home, be sure to disable any alarms before our arrival, and remove any one-of-a-kind delicate or antiques that may be in the way to prevent any risk of accidents during the cleaning.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee for your services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we take your business very seriously and we want to make sure our clients get the full value of our cleaning services. If for some reason you feel the quality of the work performed did not meet or exceed your expectations, just contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning service and we will make arrangements to correct any areas of concern at no charge to you.

What is the preferred method of payment for your cleaning services?

We currently accept all major credit / debit cards through our only payment system. We also accept checks which can be left for our team or mailed to our PO BOX at PO Box 3202 Spring Hill, Florida 34611, and cash upon completion of a service.

Am I expected to tip my cleaners?

Accepted Answer

We make sure our staff are well compensated for the amazing work they do; however, they do work very hard and tips while not expected are greatly appreciated. If you do decide to leave our staff a tip in the form of cash or on an invoice, just be sure to indicate it is a tip.
